Q1: What are the requirements to rent one of your properties?
A1: We require a minimum of 6 months job history, as well as a household income of 3 times the monthly rent. Things that could possibly disqualify you include prior evictions, criminal background, negative rental references, and poor credit.
Q2: When/How can I look at a property?
A2: We show our properties Monday- Friday from 8:30am-3:00pm. You can schedule a showing on our website. Our Leasing Agent will then meet you at the property.
Q3: What is the application fee, and how do you apply?
A3: Our application fee is $35 (non-refundable). In order to apply for one of our properties you must first schedule a showing. Once you have viewed the home, you can either apply online through our website or complete a paper application at our office. Anyone over the age of 18 is required to fill out a separate application.
Q4: Are your properties pet friendly?
A4: Some of our properties do accept pets. If you visit our website and click on the listing it will have that information in the description.
Q5: Does your company accept Section 8?
A5: Some of our properties do accept Section 8. If you visit our website and click on the listing at the very end of the description there will be a "(*)" if it is Section 8 approved.
Q6: Where are your rentals located?
A6: We manage properties all over the Tristate area.
Q7: How long is the lease term?
A7: Typically our lease terms are 1 year, and month to month after that.
Q8: How do I secure one of your properties?
A8: You must first apply for the property. Once you are approved your deposit must be received within 24 hours, and will hold the property for up to 2 weeks. You must have utilities put into your name prior to signing your lease.
Q9: How often do you update your listings?

Q10: What types of units do you have?
A10: We manage homes, apartments, duplexes, and condos.
